      Management care about the well being of employees; treat them like family Managers are approachable and support employees in acquiring new skills and reward them with incentives when you go beyond Weekly events (via Teams) to grow inter-departmental connections The company is growing and lots of work and opportunity to advance Management is approachable and open to new ideas

      Nothing to note. Management is implementing new processes and tools to ensure staff are able to meet the demands arising from growth.

      Thank you for the review. The biggest room in our office is the one for improvement :) We appreciate the fact that employees regularly participate in providing input and feedback into our policies and practices. They know best what they need to meet the demands of their work and work/life balance.

      Pros

      Great collaborative atmosphere. Management improving, company is growing and is working towards strategies to help make it an easier transition during this growth phase. Willing to improve salaries. Family environment with flexible policies, does not work for all employees and some get frustrated by this sometimes.

      Small company, not a ton of opportunity, but if you work hard you can earn it. Family environment with flexible policies, does not work for all employees and some get frustrated by this sometimes.

      Thank you and this is an important point ... our type of company is not for everyone. Some people prefer larger organizations with more growth opportunities and structure. Working in a company where initiative and self-management is required and supervision / direction is minimal, does not make some people happy. In our interviews we talk about this openly in order to set the right expectations.
