The atmosphere at head office feels off, though as someone who isn't there daily it doesn't affect me too much.
Career progression appears to be more about favouritism than merit, if you're not in management's good books, advancement is essentially off the table.
There's no work from home policy, and simply asking about it is frowned upon. Yet senior staff seem to enjoy that flexibility without question, which creates an obvious double standard.

Perhaps most frustratingly, bonuses are dangled as incentives and promised when targets are met, but the rewards never actually materialise. This is one of the biggest jokes in the business.
