Great learning environment - Assistant Property Manager Brodie Management Employee Review

I have been working for Brodie Management for over 17 years. The president of the company is the most knowledgeable person I have ever seen in property management. He is also very caring and family oriented boss who cares about his employees and his clients. Can't even imagine working for another company. Very proficient accounting department. Property Managers are very knowledgeable with great customer service qualities.

I have worked for this company for over 17 years, so there are no cons.

Convenient Location off of 83

I don't think they are managed well. High turnover, low pay, and not great benefits. The focus is on putting out fires and not creating positive change for clients, the company, and employees.
