Pros

The firm has a family feel to it. Everyone works together across a wide base of interesting projects. Most notably for any prospective employee Bronner is a place where you will have exposure to the entire procurement process which is a rare find. The people are very approachable and personable. There isn't hardly any micromanagement which allows consultants to have the mobility to really make this job their own.

Cons

The obvious con is that Bronner isn't a career choice. It's a job. The employee attrition rate is quite high. Fundamentally management is not on the same page with their employee’s expectations and output. Management does proactively address such miscommunication through informal and unwritten annual performance reviews but is well below industry benchmarks. The benefits package is well below industry standards.
