      I feel well compensated & the benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      Understaffing in the ER & Micro managing from Managers is at an all time high . They have a high turnover rate no one ever stays in the ER!

      You can gain experience at an entry level.

      Cons

      Discrimination is obvious. Salary is way below market for experienced individuals. I believe non-unionized employees are treated unfairly.
