Pros
BRES was fun to work at. Their real estate brands are Royal Lepage, Via Capitale and Prudential. They were fair to employees overall, paid a decent wage and were very friendly and approachable professionals.
Cons
As a part of Brookfield they seem to relish restructurings and change. Too many good staff & management leave the business for no good reason.
