Pros
It’s great place to start and develop skills they are open to you moving horizontally between groups. They do a lot of learning, open resources, my department is quite collaborative.
Cons
They are a commercial real estate company so you have to be in office 5 days a week. Do your research before starting regarding your salary, they seem to lowball and then you have to be gracious when they give you a 5 percent raise the next year.
