Pros
The ability to work alone for the whole day. Loads of overtime. Was very quick to hire. Full time.
Cons
They encourage you to save time by urinating in a bottle in the back of your van. Mind you, this wasnt just a casual thing, this was told to us during weekly training. I got welcomed to someones bottle full of urine when I went to load my van.
They underpay for the work you do. You also get jipped a dollar or so for overtime, so you do not get time and a half. They claim they pay more than their competitors but this is just a blatent lie.
I got trained by an inexperienced employee. Truely had no idea what major lawn problems to look for besides one or two issues.
