Pros

Very competitive in a positive way. Good salary and incentives. Top level management is very supportive for everything

Cons

Many people may give negatives about the company, but I don't. The time spend there is really worthy if you spend the time to level up the company. Everyone who interfear the company in a positive way will get their recognition and everything in terms of support. simply saying no cons at all.

Pros

Brototype gave me more opportunities to learn and grow than I expected from my first company. The work culture pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way possible, and the colleagues I had there are genuinely some of the best I've ever worked with, I still miss them🙂. The owner is one of the most well-rounded leaders I've encountered: he knows how to manage employees, customers, and operations all at once. His mentorship style had a real impact on me personally. The performance-based and trust-based culture meant that if you put in the work, you saw results quickly. On top of that, the company invests in enjoyment too: parties, trips, and team experiences that you don't get at most companies. The commitment to education quality and producing real outcomes sets Brototype apart.

Cons

The main area for improvement is sub-departmental quality assurance. With a large team, small internal issues can snowball into bigger problems, particularly when it comes to staff management gaps within departments. To be fair, the leadership was actively working on this, hope it has been solved now, maybe, and it's a natural challenge any fast-growing company faces. It's less a criticism and more an area that deserves continued focus.
