1) Amazing colleagues and fun to work with 2) Helpful people 3) Bru look unto everyone like thier own, so everyone is open to great opportunities 4) You cannot be in trouble while Bru is aware 5) As the Name Bru itself means brother, that is what the company stands for

Just like any other company, it is about work and works sometimes sucks. However, your colleagues are always around to cheer you up when you are down. Could the salary be better? In my opinion, yes. But keep in mind too that I am greedy.

A very ambitious company that invests in its employees and wil give you all the responsabilities you ask for. When you apply yourself, you can & will get the credits you deserve (not only monetary) Good management team and owners that take efforts to treat everybody properly and gives them room to grow

Sometimes they take too little advantage of the in house knowledge that is present and look for an external solution too easily.
