Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy - Journalist Brut Employee Review

Pros

Management does not know what they have in their amazing employees. Time and time again, they let wonderful, talented, passionate people fall through the cracks, whether it be through quitting, or through layoffs. If you find yourself at Brut, you will get the chance to meet some amazing people (management not included).

Cons

Where do I even start? First, the way they treat their employees is absolute trash. You couldn't pay me to sit through another all staff meeting where the CEO drowns on about NFTs, or his private jet, while overworking and underpaying his employees. When employees inquire about raises, or advocate at all for themselves, they're given the runaround. It seems like management is always giving people a time frame of "three months from now" when things will be better. Guess what? They never are. They recently laid off several talented people on team America, after promising to hire more and increase salaries. Similar mass layoffs occurred in 2020. How did the employees find out about this round of layoffs, though, you ask? They read about it in the french media. If the budget needs to be cut, why not stop fully funding the apartment that the VP of North America (who was brought in to "fix" Brut, HA!) lives in, or what about the apartment that the CEO's girlfriend allegedly lives in? The hypocrisy is astounding.

Extremely toxic, unrealistic expectations (produce 3-4 videos per day), stressful, horrible Human Resources, bad management
