Pros
Sometimes a free meal, free coffee!
Cons
You must know how to make barista style coffee, or either don't apply for the job, or be prepared to buy you're own milk and practise under pressure! Also study the menu before you apply so you dont have to "waste their time" learning it whilst you're there. There is no protection from covid in this small kitchen. They get frustrated if you get in their way. After just 8 hours of training they were huffy and frustrated when I didnt know how to do things, the young girl training me would snap at me and this led to my quitting after a short amount of time. I felt uncomfortable the whole day as they spoke in a different language to each other, then would tell me I couldn't do my job. Which made me anxious and mess up more. I've worked in a lot of kitchens but this was up there with the worst in terms of feeling like being in a team and getting on with people like a true people person wants to do. Low pay. 10 eur ph
