This company provide travel allowance but unfair for each person based on their favoritism. This company give alternative to WFH on Saturday but with approval by the management .

This company is family company and the top management controlled by the family's member and that create toxic environment and micromanaging boss. The salaries based on favoritism not only KPI, and also you must be a "yes boss" to stay at this company. This company always arrange last minute meeting and last minute discussion and expect staff to finish the task given like a magic because they do not understand what their staff do . What they want you must give on the spot otherwise you will be tease and sarcasm in the meeting.

Good colleagues to work with.

- Biased since most of employees are family and close friends. - Working hours is not fair since some of the colleagues can come late to the office not following the offer letter. - Salary distributions appears to be based on favouritism. - Decision on works are frequently changed last minutes. - Sometimes need to work for other departments due to adhoc events. - Boss has high expectations but the salary for Degree holder are lower. - No opportunity for career growth.
