Pros
There are some good people that work there. Do you want a stepping stone job that looks ok on your resume? Stick it out for a year and get out. They have paid certifications and technology lease program which are actually really good. Take advantage of that.
Cons
In no particular order: CEO is a narcissist that only promotes family, family friends or members of his band to upper management. Horribly mismanaged investments put the company in serious danger years prior and had to be bailed out financially. Highschool bully-esque management that have no right to be anywhere near the workforce, let alone management positions. Lack the understanding of the word "no" when it comes to impossible tasks from customers. Clients literally take them to the cleaners on a regular basis. Upper management doesn't have a clue how the front lines work and function. I know this is a cliche but, honestly, the fact that they have gotten this far is nothing short of dumb luck and dedicated employees. They have run off countless good employees due to poor management decisions. Employee pay is so bad you could either laugh or cry. There are fast food jobs that pay better. Insurance coverage is even worse than the pay. Internal communication is non-existent. "It's not my problem, find someone else". The company value "people matter" is complete crap.
