A little unstructured at times

Tuition benefits and ample vacation days. The students make it very meaningful work. Good workplace culture between most employees.

Employees pay high premium on medical insurance. Administrators and HR are condescending to employees, not being transparent. They have big salaries, while most of us haven't had a raise that even matches inflation in years. When I started at Bucknell it wasn't like this. It's changed over the years.
