      Management really gives analysts freedom to venture into all business pillars and implement optimisations from start to end. Great for self learning and they have a great culture around the team.

      Cons

      Startup work environment - Have to log in over weekends once or twice a month.

      Its a start up with a lot of potential in it. It was a work from home internship and the it was more a team work There is a lot you learn, since you get to manage real time situations
