Pros

They pay a little better than other companies to compensate for their horrible culture and for how much they'll overwork you. They typically use the same subs because nobody wants to do work with them which makes it easier to manage on the long run. You get to learn a lot due to projects being understaffed.

Cons

Upper management constantly shifts blame downward and the work environment is built on fear and finger-pointing, with zero real support. Their decisions are done without taking in consideration the team which leads to confusion and morale issues. This company dehumanizes staff and treats people as easily replaceable, be ready to work long shifts + weekends + nights + be willing to relocate without notice.

Pros

Title says it all. The culture is good, relaxed and not very corporate. I personally like this about the company but I know it’s not for everyone. Hard work is highly rewarded and generally speaking the company really cares about its people. It’s small enough where you can grow and actually climb the ladder and it’s also large enough where you can get a lot of different opportunities across different departments and locations. The C suite is incredibly accessible and casual.

Cons

As some have said here - with the relaxed semi casual environment comes some politics and lobbying.

Pros

It's a good company to start construction journey and experience

Cons

Does not seem to have a system applied. Every job has different management processes.
