Pros
Average pay and benefits. Great place if you don't want to move up. Not much else in the positive category.
Cons
Management promotes friends over expierance and routinely violates policy on hiring people which inturn voilates Sarbanes-Oxley for a publicly traded company. No real option for advancement. No training for current employees to possibly move up.
