Pros
The is a company where senior leadership listens. You have the opportunity to have incredible impact on the company with your work, including how it gets done. Great co-workers. Flexible work-life benefits and the ability to learn and do new things. Builder's University (it's training program) is unparalleled for a company this size and their are usually opportunities to go beyond those offerings. Overall, the technology at the company is quite current and what you would expect of a larger company.
Cons
As noted by others, you are well-compensated but you're not going to get rich. The company pay is in-line with the Triangle are for insurance/financial services companies. Most of those that work at Builders believe that reasonable compensation combined with a good work-life balance is a fair trade. If money is your sole focus, you'll probably be happier elsewhere.
