My team is excellent. There’s trust and communication. I have so much fun everyday at work. Everyone at the company, long tenured or new is so welcoming and kind. Leadership is also kind and you can tell they really take feedback to heart and care about the company and employees. Benefits are great. I’ve never worked somewhere that’s offered the type or amount of benefits as we do here. I feel like it’s too good to be true.

We need a training program, learning stipend and also more for mental health.

BuildingLink used to be a fun place to work. After private equity took over everything changed. People are too busy to help each other and everyone is on edge. We are releasing software based on arbitrary timeframes rather than when the software is ready. We use our customers as testers and they know it.
