Pros
* You'll work with sincerely nice, intelligent people who work hard to drive results for clients and the business * The office also is situated right on some beautiful hiking trails that help break up the work day (when you get the chance, of course) *
Cons
* Things can feel haphazard at best * Several people new to management are still learning how to manage * While understanding this is an agency, high turnover is an issue - at least 14 people (from what started as a 70-something person team) left over the course of 3 months * It took losing several big clients and having no pipeline in sight to spur leadership and upper management to start trying to get new business in the door. This left quite a few people with very little to do, and understandably made everyone nervous * The CEO often seems more comfortable as a CFO
