+friendly atmosphere +small teams +international teams +casual dress code +support in growth and development +discretionary annual bonus (fair recognition and reward for everyone's contributions) +social events I have worked for BullionVault for more than 4 years and if it was not for changes in my personal life, I would have not left the company! It is truly a great place to work at. I would like to highlight one thing, which I find difficult to be found across many modern companies: higher management is close with employees. It is not common in many companies, regardless of the size of a business.
