Colleagues are good, everyone is willing to help you clarify your doubts if they can.
Cons
The management does not really care about work timings, even though they know that the office is in a remote area 40 Km away from the city center. Employees are asked to stay back under the pretext that a cab can be taken which can be reimbursed, but the actual issue is that most of the teams are not kept in the loop and are just suddenly asked to stay back at the end of the day to get more work done.
