The leadership team works hand in hand with all employees, so you are not just a name, you actually build relationships with the whole organization. The team is very family focused, and as we grow, we are always reminded to remember where we started. The office culture is fantastic, and they are constantly looking for ways to improve not only office culture, but career culture as well.

You are in charge of your day to day activities and you list your priorities daily (out of your assigned lists of duties)

- Little to no room for growth in the sense of raises or title changes - If you’re doing something good, even if you’re absolutely struggling to get it done by yourself, there’s no rush for management to hire extra help
