-discount of 50% -sometimes free food -co-workers are sometimes nice -communication between most workers -the regular customers are nice

-rarely get told did "you are doing a good job" -rushed too much -sometimes when the customers complain it is made to seem like its your fault when it really isn't -expected to always be fast -cleaning after dirty people -customers are rude a lot
