Pros

They did pay salary managers well. That's about it.

Cons

Unrealistic bonus targets that really don't tie to the main factor - are we making money...crew are only paid minimum, and do not get raises, actually noone gets a raise, and that is the standard. Very firmly believe if they can get someone else for minimum, why pay someone over 10 cents, as you could save that 10 cents, and over the month it would add up to an extra $5. Very long and expected hours, at all locations in the city. There is no respect for work/life balance, it is solely a work balance, and taking time off (your regular 2 days off, nothing more) is questioned. Conference calls when you are at home, days off, etc. If you work here, be prepared that you must dedicate your entire existense to BK.All the DMs have been around forever, and will be quite prepared to come right in and work shifts, right in the midst of your shift. They say you are the Manager, but will just as quickl direct, discipline, praise, or whatever to your staff, even when they don't involve you in the mix, thus causing your staff to wonder who actually is in charge. Not a very good company to work for.

Pros

Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

Cons

Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
