Toxic Environment - Manager Burlington Medical Employee Review

Everything else. I ignored the reviews and came here thinking someone was probably just disgruntled. No. Believe the bad reviews. No support. Too focused on growing the company to fix basic issues. Zero interest in positive change internally. Upper management ignores advice and complaints alike, keeping people that shouldn’t stick around and getting rid of valuable people. Very toxic, vindictive culture. Competition between office and sales team. Competition between departments and managers that creates a negative divide. Very poor communication internally and too many changes. Do not work here.
