Pros
When the clients are a good fit and are there to learn, the environment is really fun to work in. There are many fun activities that the clients get to participate in.
Cons
Everything works in ebbs and flows, but it feels like there have been more and more physically aggressive clients. The BHTs are not fully equipped to deal with this all of the time, and it feels like upper management prioritizes making the quota over safety.
