Bad overall business plan - Anonymous employee Burris Optics Employee Review

Just want to make sure people see the date: 2012. Since this review was written 7 years ago, there have been many, many positive changes at Burris Company. There is now a great deal of manufacturing happening right in Greeley Colorado (we're almost always hiring for assembly, machining, etc. - contact our HR dept!). The upper management has completely changed in past years. Perhaps this reviewer would still be unhappy, but I find the senior management to be responsive, open to opinions and feedback, and excited about the future. Pay and benefits? Depends on the job, of course. If you're interested in working with Burris, just ask.
