Pros

They waste time of job seekers by making them do tasks for weeks

Cons

No respect for the time of employees. They make you wait for hours for the scheduled interview slot time. They give you fake offer of providing you stipend for the trial basis. I was told to do few tasks for 2 weeks by the team, which I did, after which an interview was scheduled with the HR. After an hour of scheduled time slot, finally the interview took place. The interview round with HR felt like an energy drain, as her attitude was unkind. I was told that there would be a second round of interview, which they cancelled in the last minute. When asked for the status of the job, the HR just makes you wait rather than taking any initiative of letting the seeker know about the same. It was not surprising that the promised stipend was not received.

Pros

No positive words about company

Cons

They have no clear or formal HR policies in place. There are no public or religious holidays observed (including national holidays like Diwali). Employees are expected to “make up” days even when they are out sick, and if you don’t respond to messages immediately, penalties are applied. The cofounder (MS) appears to lack basic people-management skills and does not foster a healthy work environment. You are expected to work 9 hours a day and then often wait an additional 2 hours after logging out just to attend meetings. If you request to schedule meetings within working hours, your performance is questioned, even when you are delivering good work. Appreciation and recognition are almost nonexistent. The HR function is equally problematic and tends to repeat the same points without offering constructive guidance. When a mistake happens, HR and MS repeatedly ask how you will fix it and prevent it in future, often pressuring you until you apologise and propose consequences for yourself, or they impose them anyway. Many of the positive reviews online do not reflect the experience of people I know who have worked there. I would strongly advise candidates—especially freshers—to be cautious, as the environment can be extremely stressful and demotivating, to the point that people feel pushed to resign. Salaries are also paid very late, often only toward the end of the following month. They are lucky Glassdoor didn't allow me to use the language I wanted to use.
