Pros
BSC leadership is open to new ideas while at the same time ensuring new models or structures are sustainable as we grow. The pace is fast and exciting and the growth is real. Clients love the company and everything we represent.
Cons
People can get lost in the fast pace and have problems keeping up. Decisions are made quickly and sometimes communication is an afterthought. But, like many other reviewers have said - it's work. Put your adult pants on and get to it.
