Pros

Nice people, clean environment, birthday is given as an additional holiday.

Cons

Some genuinely nice people but overall an uninviting 'family business'; where long timers just chat all day and pretend you aren't there. The pay is atrocious for the amount they expect from you. Back stabbing, half-witted training (if you can even call it that) which sets you up for success in the first two months then plummets you to failure right before the end of probation (how convenient). Staff are overworked, but this shouldn't excuse the constantly changing goalposts which make you feel insane. An endless supply of useless emails and monotonous work. An insulting, 'we're all a big family', pseudo-liberal mantra; which is as much a fallacy as the (non-existent) training. This company seems nice on the surface, but upon arrival you will realise that it's just a corporate hoax with a insufferable amount of twee. Stay way clear and don't be daft. Your face will either fit or it won't.
