Pros
Working at By Design was a great experience, I worked with nice employees. They were welcoming, and helpful.
Cons
The training process was a week long and it wasn't too informative. They had interns teaching me, Im sure it was because of covid. It was hard to get into at first but after asking around for help I was able to adjust with the working environment.
