The worst experience of my professional career. I was working closely with some of the Board and the Co-Founder and I never met less professional people in my life. They create a fear culture by firing people randomly. They switch languages during meetings and talk behind people's back who are in the same room. During meetings they chat on Teams and laugh out loud about other people's opinions. The CEO of such a large firm doesn't speak any English, I'm sure that gives you an idea.. No strategy & worst business decisions based on zero data. The top management has either the craziest unattainable requests, if you can't do it, fired. No communication with departments, you would work on something for 2 months and can through it to the garbage the next day. Micromanagement. Working until 8-9pm daily. Emails and direct requests on weekend evenings and at 2am. And if you think all the above doesn't apply to you, because you would be close to the management, DON'T. Save your mental sanity, it's not worth the money.
