Pros
Avery strong bonding among employees, even from different status. We even watched live world cup matches in the office. The office also work as a team and has a strong bonding off work. It is like a family working here. The word load is also fairly reasonable, giving you a flexible schedule at work.
Cons
The office is located on a hill, which is slightly inconvenient to get to work. Other than that, it is a very good job to have.
