most people are easy to work with and respectful of your time. Occasionally we get off of work early the day before a long weekend/holiday.
Cons
Company policy says no meetings after noon on Friday but that is rarely respected. This is a very demanding job and they did not replace the people who left or got fired so it puts a lot of pressure on the employees who have been loyal and stayed which is unfair.
