Upper management has a good handle on diversity and inclusion and stressing the importance of family first.
Cons
Lack of training. Very sales focused and sales training focused, but little to no training on systems, policies, procedures, etc. Multiple systems provided as tools, however systems don't support to their full potential. Many little work arounds in place rather than just getting it fixed.
