Pros
-work life balance -good regular employee benefit -hybrid mode work -satisfactory salary range -very casual work enviroment, free snacks
Cons
-KPI change quarterly, they even include praises and feedback from peer as a quantitative indicator. -lay off happening frequently and they don't retain people base on their skills/merit, many top performers were thrown down the bus due to cost-cutting. - unclear communications, instructions and legacy practice, when you try to clarify you'll often get answers like "I'm not sure where this come from, but we've been doing this all along". The next minute, some updates happened and it is not well communicated to your team. -cultivated a very competitive company culture, employee were pressured to take up work out of job scope just to stand out during PR. You need to be "beyond expectation" to have better chance at salary increment but reward is NOT guaranteed. -many immediate project launches and new team emerge without mature measurement and precaution, you're expected to follow without any objection. -inexperience leadership that causes many redundant work effort -unnecessary monthly self-evaluation and PR every 6 months, find OKR a waste of time as our job role does not require that much of follow up. -THEIR INTERNAL KNOWLEDGE BASE WIKI IS TORTURE.
