Pros
A few wonderful, dedicated employees and teammates. Unfortunately these are not the people who get noticed.
Cons
Upper management has absolutely zero clue as to how to run a company. This company may be successful and be making money but it seems to be purely accidental and is simply not based on any of the decisions made by the management team. Dedicated, hardworking employees are passed over for the "favorites" of certain managers leading to a very poor morale.
