Where do I start? Poor team environment, poor pay, lack of leaderships, awful attitudes towards new hires. Burning through employees rapidly. Don't be fooled by the growing company lies, the problem is the work their employees day and night, with way too fast paced learning curves, etc. The reason there are so many job notifications on all job boards is because they simply cannot hold onto qualified team members. If you've been in the workforce prior to taking this job, you will understand the lack of professionalism, lack of leadership and lack of morale.
