great co-workers, everyone pulls together to handle the stress of the job. High morale is solely due to the individuals who work there and cannot be attributed to management.

management is highly disorganized. It makes it difficult to feel supported on the job. There is drama among executive level employees and they regularly get rid of evaluators based on personal vendettas.

It was local to my kids school and it was very flexible the manager was awesome though..
