Pros

When you work hard and show potential, the company offers opportunities for a promotion. It's a stable company that appreciates hard workers.

Cons

It's no Google for sure! There's no "extra" perks that can work as motivators. However, we get medical benefits and 401K perks - standard services you expect from any company you work for. Other complaints differ to the department you work for.

Pros

Schedule: The work schedule was reliable and predictable, which made planning outside of work much easier. Pay: Compensation was fair and competitive for the position. Team: A handful of coworkers genuinely cared about the quality of work and collaborated well, which made certain tasks more enjoyable.

Cons

•Targeting of New Employees: Senior staff often singled out newer employees, creating a hostile environment and contributing to random terminations. Management & HR Favoritism: Leadership consistently protected certain employees, even when they violated policies or failed to perform their duties, while others were punished without cause. Unreliable Terminations: Employees were frequently fired for unclear or inconsistent reasons, reflecting a lack of systematic accountability. Poor Leadership & Organization: There is minimal oversight or structured management. Shipping, receiving, and daily operations lack proper systems, leaving staff without clear direction. Unsafe & Unclean Conditions: The warehouse has numerous hazards, malfunctioning equipment, and poor overall maintenance, creating unsafe working conditions. Unethical & Negative Culture: Decisions often prioritize favoritism and protection rather than following company policies, leading to widespread disorganization and low morale. Lack of Necessary Equipment: Employees are expected to work without the tools or resources necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
