Pros
Decent training and a variety of classes.
Cons
I worked as a mobile STEM teacher. Part of my responsibility was to transport equipment from HQ to whatever school we were teaching at that day. During training we were told we would receive the same equipment each time so students would keep their progress which NEVER happened. There was always some kind of issue with equipment, not an exaggeration, there was not a single shift where I had all the proper equipment. Even after I had raised the issue I was told it would be fixed and it never was. Eventually I was told to use a personal USB drive to save every student's progress one by one. I also had an issue with my pay not coming in on time. The pay scheme seems good when you first hear it but it is basically minimum wage once you consider your driving time, teaching time, set up and clean up time, gas, car maintenance, and insurance (if you are a mobile STEM teacher like I was you use your own vehicle with gas reimbursement included in your pay, not as an addition to it)
