      Pros

      There are some Nice people working in building. View from office at Sulphur point is stunning Free parking

      Cons

      Not a nice payroll department to work in. It’s freezing in winter, hot in summer. There is always lot of staff turnover in head office departments They can’t keep staff as Management are dreamers HR department is unhelpful & uncaring No perks for staff No functions for staff No culture, values are a joke Pay is terrible in office environments

      Pros

      This company offers great pay, incentive pay, and benefits. As well as, amazing overpay for overtime. Also, a friendly, clean, safe work environment. I like the contest things and the dressing up for special days etc.

      Cons

      I sense it is very cliquey, and alot of favortizing. It seems if your not in the group, you and your position growth and successful behaviors does not matter. Seems if your not in the click you wont go no where but a call agent. The point system is ridiculous.
