Especially when one is working in a position like Manager. Being a Manager, I am privileged to have regular interactions with the top leadership. Get new ideas each time. They welcome my decisions and build my confidence. On the other hand, the team I have got is efficient and we have a healthy rapport between us. There is good understanding amongst us as one unit. We accept the success and failures as a team. The journey has been amazing so far!
