      new information is not disseminated well throughout the company, raises promised at certain markers but never received. During training they boasted about how easy it would be to try another position should we not be satisfied with the current one; I spoke to my manager about wanting to and was told she would not help me

      Pros

      The "unlimited" FTO is the leader of the pros. Then the leadership has been mostly great and accommodating in allowing you to take time off. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. There is also the work. Its is very interesting work for specific customers and seeing your part get implemented into a larger project has been rewarding. The team is also great. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares.

      Cons

      The big Con like many project oriented Gov contractors is that "everything" becomes priority and it can be difficult to stay on track as well as not get in the way of other teams.
