Pros

health care plan nothing else

Cons

Can only speak to one certain ERP project based out of Ashburn, VA location. It's a heavily politicized environment. Expect a lot of backstabbing from your peers. Expect anything you said or emailed to be forwarded up the chain and used against you at any time. You absolutely not allowed to provide any criticism and god forbid you hurt someone's feelings. Management there is NOT to make sure their team has everything it needs and functions properly - they are there to make sure you know who is the boss and pay your respect. Expect a lots of meaningless 'team meeting' which are mandatory even if you are not involved with about 80% of the topics discussed. Also, if you need anything - it is YOUR responsibility to figure it out, don't you dare to ask your team lead - you will be reprimanded. Under NO circumstances EVER speak your mind or point any issues - you will be reprimanded. Do NOT suggest a better way of doing things - you may make management look bad for not considering it earlier. Remember - everything bad is your fault, and everything good is only the Leader's achievement. Oh, and make sure you like Indian food.

Pros

CACI has acquired quite a few smaller companies under its larger corporate umbrella, and although they have stripped these smaller companies of their identities and benefits thereafter, they do provide the safety net that larger companies do provide, but the benefits remain on par with most large defense contractors.

Cons

If you're apart of a smaller company that is either acquired by CACI, or have joined a program that once was a part of a smaller company already absorbed by CACI, you'll slowly watch the people, culture, and identity of that program drift away into corporate nothingness.
