Pros

CACI is a company the works very hard to offer value added solutions. There is a lot of integrity within management and the customer is valued/respected. CACI has a large number of very skilled and motivated employees

Cons

Training offered to employees is very limited. You leave CACI with only the skills/knowledge you came with plus what you did on your own and whatever OTJT you acquired. You will not receive ANY training that will help further your career outside of doing your specific task. There is no vision for employees with regards to training. Managers deplore sending employees to training because the cost comes from their budget and makes their programs appear less profitable. This is because CACI corporate makes the programs pay for training of those that work on them. There is not a corporate budget for training. This greatly cripples the moral and view of CACI by employees. CACI has no desire to impart any knowledge to their employees outside of that which specifically fulfils their specific tasks.

Pros

CACI has acquired quite a few smaller companies under its larger corporate umbrella, and although they have stripped these smaller companies of their identities and benefits thereafter, they do provide the safety net that larger companies do provide, but the benefits remain on par with most large defense contractors.

Cons

If you're apart of a smaller company that is either acquired by CACI, or have joined a program that once was a part of a smaller company already absorbed by CACI, you'll slowly watch the people, culture, and identity of that program drift away into corporate nothingness.
