Pros
The benefits package at Paradigm Solutions is the best benefits package I've ever seen. 401K matching, insurance, and countless other perks. Human Resources does their best to keep employees involved with the goings-on of the company. The company spends a healthy amount of time and resources on events to help bring the employees together.
Cons
Paradigm Solutions is a contracting company, and although an employee of Paradigm, actual work is performed at a client's site. This subjects an employee to the culture of the client. Moves between contracts is unheard of, so although one's paycheck comes from Paradigm, the work environment is completely dependent on the client.
