Typical Small Shop Mindset. Lot of Potential, but the Chairman has no Idea or interest in company growth. From past 25 years.. just selling laptops, desktop, basic network hardware and few software.. Just like a retail shop. Directors cannot take No for an answer.. they take it on their ego and then make your life difficult. NO TECHNICAL TRAINING AT ALL. No Growth and hardly any salary hikes.. Directors do get Hike every year.. Company has 6-7 Sales Directors.. No Finance, no IT, No HR any other deptt Director. No Managers (Apart from Business Account Managers) for anything else. CEO of the company is the CEO for Group of 40 small companies owned by chairman, is only interested in meeting the monthly sales target and so is the rest of the management. IT Team, Networking Team and other Technical Teams are managed by Sales Directors.. so.. just working towards sales.. sales and sales.
